30-day returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain categories including perishables, intimate apparel, and digital downloads are non-returnable.

Return process

1. Log in to your ShopNova account
2. Go to My orders and select the item
3. Choose “Initiate return” and select a reason
4. Schedule a pickup or use a drop-off location
5. Receive your refund within 5–7 business days

Damaged or defective items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items

• Intimate apparel and personal care items
• Digital downloads and software
• Items purchased during final sale events
• Customized or personalized products
