30-Day Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain categories including perishables, intimate apparel, and digital downloads are non-returnable.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Log in to your ShopNova account
- Navigate to "My Orders" and select the item
- Choose "Initiate Return" and select a reason
- Schedule a pickup or use a drop-off location
- Receive your refund within 5-7 business days
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- • Perishable items (food, beverages)
- • Intimate apparel and personal care items
- • Digital downloads and software
- • Items purchased during final sale events
